Pursuit of Well-being: Testing the Role of Empowerment, Transformational leadership, Work Engagement and Work Environment

چکیده

This study aims to determine the effect of Empowerment, Transformational Leadership, Work Engagement, Environment. Employee well-being is an important topic in human resource management studies because it believed be able produce a positive on company achievements. The population this were all employees North Sumatra who had at least 3 years work experience. sample was 265 employees, sampling carried out using saturated technique or census sampling, where members sampled. data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) partial square. Data processing assisted by Smart PLS3 application. results showed that: Empowerment has and significant employee well-being.
