Quantum many-body scars in bipartite Rydberg arrays originating from hidden projector embedding

چکیده
We study the nature of ergodicity-breaking "quantum many-body scar" states that appear in PXP model describing constrained Rabi oscillations. For a {wide class bipartite lattices} Rydberg atoms, we reveal nearly energy-equidistant tower these arises from Hamiltonian's close proximity to generalized projector-embedding form, structure common many models hosting quantum scars. construct non-Hermitian, but strictly local extension exact scars, and show how various Hermitian scar-stabilizing extensions literature can be naturally understood within this framework. The scar are obtained analytically as large spin explicitly constructed pseudospins. quasi-periodic motion ensuing N\'eel state is finally shown projection onto Rydberg-constrained subspace precession pseudospin.

Dissipative many-body quantum optics in Rydberg media.
We develop a theoretical framework for the dissipative propagation of quantized light under conditions of electromagnetically induced transparency in atomic media involving strongly interacting Rydberg states. The theory allows us to determine the peculiar spatiotemporal structure of the output of the recently demonstrated single-photon filter and the recently proposed single-photon subtractor,...
متن کاملQuantum Many-Body Phenomena in Coupled Cavity Arrays
The increasing level of experimental control over atomic and optical systems gained in the past years have paved the way for the exploration of new physical regimes in quantum optics and atomic physics, characterised by the appearance of quantum many-body phenomena, originally encountered only in condensed-matter physics, and the possibility of experimentally accessing them in a more controlled...

متن کاملMany-body ionization in a frozen Rydberg gas.
In a dense gas of 300 microK 85Rb atoms of n approximately 50 ionization occurs on a 100 ns time scale, far too fast to be explained by the motion of the atoms or photoionization by 300 K blackbody radiation. Rapid ionization is accompanied by spectral broadening, with the spectrum becoming continuous at n=88 at a density of 5x10(10)cm(-3). The atomic transitions broaden both smoothly and by th...
متن کاملConductance in quantum wires by three quantum dots arrays
A noninteracting quantum-dot arrays side coupled to a quantum wire is studied. Transport through the quantum wire is investigated by using a noninteracting Anderson tunneling Hamiltonian. The conductance at zero temperature develops an oscillating band with resonances and antiresonances due to constructive and destructive interference in the ballistic channel, respectively. Moreover, we have fo...
