Quasi-Zero Stiffness Isolator Suitable for Low-Frequency Vibration

This paper proposes a quasi-zero stiffness (QZS) isolator based on an inclined trapezoidal beam to explore its advantages in low-frequency passive vibration isolation. The nonlinear of the due buckling effect is investigated through finite element simulation, and linear positive spring connected parallel form QZS with high-static low-dynamic performance. natural frequency region simulated analyzed, dynamic response under different damping ratios, excitation load conditions explored. prototype was manufactured, static compression experiment conducted obtain stiffness. results verify correctness simulation conclusions. experimental data demonstrate that has characteristics lower initial isolation compared equivalent isolator. proposed 2.91 Hz achieves 90% efficiency at 7.02 Hz. great application prospects can provide reference for optimizing or ultra-low-frequency isolators.
