Rayleigh-Taylor Instability of Superposed Dusty Jeffrey Fluids through Porous Medium with Interfacial Surface Tension

The linear Rayleigh–Taylor instability of two immiscible superposed non-Newtonian fluids saturated by a porous medium in the simultaneous presence interfacial surface tension and suspended dust particles is investigated. behavior described Jeffrey model. set coupled partial differential equations satisfying appropriate boundary conditions solved applying theory normal mode technique. exact solutions are found for both regimes with constant density, dispersion relation (between growth rate wave number) obtained. physical system to be stable bottom-heavy configuration density-wise, such as Newtonian viscous fluid using Routh–Hurwitz criterion. However, unstable configuration, tension, porosity, dynamic viscosity, density have stabilizing impact on mode; whereas difference between parameter has destabilizing effect mode.
