Re-envisioning Child Well-being

چکیده

The family regulation system's policing, disruption, and restructuring of Black families communities spills over into other systems also marked by stark racial inequities - the education juvenile justice systems. This Article unpacks how that spillage magnifies harm to children; exploring structural mechanisms through which these work together compound disparity perpetuate inequity, this provides further evidence failings.
