Reading skills among EFL learners in Saudi Arabia: A review of challenges and solutions

The reading process appears controversial and momentous in teaching learning. Extensive research has been done about the mother language foreign language, difficulties associated with of qualities issues these languages. An investigation is required on that hinder abilities. English considered a Saudi Arabia, this study investigates learners’ abilities skills. principal concern challenges faced by learners solutions. Based findings, also highlights implications being taught to as Foreign Language (EFL). unfolds skills enhancement EFL teachers well. include lack sufficient knowledge vocabulary, curriculum issues, interest students, other such issues. Along this, solution presented study. conducting training teachers, diversifying methods reading, recognizing students’ learning styles, motivating extra classes, various others. This will enable educationists revise according concerns students lead betterment Arab learners.
