چکیده

This paper presents a new approach to control the position of microrobotics system with proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller. By using sparrow search algorithm (SSA), optimal PID controller indicators were obtained by applying objective function namely, integral square time multiplied error (ISTES). The effeciency proposed SSAbased was verified comparisons made grey wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm-based controllers in terms time. Each technique will be applied identified model MATLAB Simulink and experimental test facility conducted LabVIEW software. simulation results show that performance SSA-PID based on ISTES cost achieves best among various techniques. Moreover, SSA had highest compared GWO rising setting many other measurements. Thus, it is recommended apply for tuning parameters as can enhance its micro-robotic systems. It found amount reduced 50% than former experiments.

LabVIEW implementation of an enhanced nonlinear PID controller based on harmony search for one-stage servomechanism system

This paper presents a practical implementation for a new formula of nonlinear PID (NPID) control. The purpose of the controller is to accurately trace a preselected position reference of one stage servomechanism system. The possibility of developing a transfer function model for experimental setup is elusive because of the lack of system data. So, the identified model has been developed via gat...

A Self-Tuning Proportional-Integral-Derivative Controller for an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle, Based On Taguchi Method

Problem statement: Conventional Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controllers exhibit moderately good performance once the PID gains are properly tuned. However, when the dynamic characteristics of the system are time dependent or the operating conditions of the system vary, it is necessary to retune the gains to obtain desired performance. This situation has renewed the interest of resear...

Design and Development of an Optimized Fuzzy Proportional-Integral-Derivative Controller using Genetic Algorithm

The polymerization of resin adhesives, which is highly nonlinear, is chosen as a control process in this paper. When phenol and formaldehyde are mixed, a sudden and unpredictable heat is produced due to an exothermic reaction, which could cause the deviation of process temperature and hence diminish the product quality. Therefore, temperature control is necessitated for exothermic batch reactor...
