Realization of High Efficient Ferroelectric Perovskite Nanoparticles in Biopolymer-Matrix Solar Cells under Low Lighting

The idea to use ferroelectric materials (PZN-PT) came from the fact that nature could facilitate electric charges accumulation on interfaces of solar cell. Thus, it would increase open circuit voltage Voc which reach more than 10 V. This directly impact efficiency is proportional Voc, thus hoping obtain never equaled by halide perovskites are less stable and resistant in aggressive environments. In this work, cells produced gave an exceptional record 39.32% with a very high (Voc) 3.50 V, short-circuit current density (Jsc) 0.118 mA/cm2 FF 0.72 measured positive polarization direction under 3825 lux (5.6 W/m2) lighting. negative 4781 (7 lightning 2 mA/cm2, 2.30 V 0.35.
