Reprint of: Tykhonov well-posedness of a rate-type viscoplastic constitutive law

We consider a rate-type constitutitve law given by an implicit nonlinear differential equation in the space of second order symmetric tensors on R d , which unknowns are stress and linearized strain fields. list assumptions constitutive functions then we state prove its well-posedness with respect to two different Tykhonov triples. use these properties deduce convergence results. Finally, provide mechanical interpretation results as well some concluding remarks.
