Research on Effective Teaching. A Multilevel Study for Ibero-America

This research aimed to determine the factors for Educational Effectiveness and build an empirical model Teaching in Ibero-America. A Multilevel Model with four levels of analysis was used assess teaching effectiveness. The sample consisted 5,722 students, (all at their third year primary school), from 257 classrooms 100 schools located 9 countries results showed existence ten that impact on cognitive, social, emotional development students: Involvement commitment teacher; Classroom climate; High expectations selfesteem; Structured lessons; Varied-participatory activities; Attention diversity; Optimization learning time; organization management; Use educational resources; assessment, monitoring, continuous feedback.
