Research on Load Optimal Dispatch for High-Temperature CHP Plants through Grey Wolf Optimization Algorithm with the Levy Flight

The combined heating and power (CHP) plants are considered one of the promising methods to support goal “Carbon Peak Carbon Neutrality”. It is an important means take heat load optimal dispatch (LOD) further reduce energy consumption CHP plants. To achieve a better scheme, this paper employs potent algorithm by integrating grey wolf optimization (GWO) Levy flight (i.e., Levy–GWO algorithm) overcome premature convergence. Moreover, constraint condition processing method also proposed handle system constraints for ensuring results within feasible zones. confirm effectiveness algorithm, it tested on two widely used test systems (Test I Test II). accuracy proved comparing obtained reported data in other literature. Results show that can be obtain relatively lower generation costs, with values 9231.41 $/h I) 10,111.79 effectively solves problem scheduling difficult solve due existence multiple constraints. In addition, comparison indicate owns robustness convergence effect has application solving LOD problems.
