Research on Model Predictive Control of a 130 t/h Biomass Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Combustion System Based on Subspace Identification

The structure of large biomass circulating fluidized bed (BCFB) boilers is complex, and control schemes for coal-fired cannot be simply applied to boilers. Multivariable coupling operational disturbances are also common issues. In this study, a state space model 130 t/h BCFB boiler was established under different operating conditions. Using the 100% point as an example, predictive controller designed tested output disturbance input results show that system in study has fast response speed good stability.
