The studies were carried out on three groups of superreplacement heifers the Simmental breed, which impregnated at body weight 360 kg. In first group there 32 unimpregnated heifers, in second – 28 third 30 heifers. after growing age 18 months taken for meat. 56 gave crop. transferred reproduction, and bull-calves put cultivation further fattening. To obtain well-fed animals, special diets made so that average daily gain was least 650-700 g. After calving, cows meat, a 3-month fattening, then pre-slaughter animals 52 kg lower than 104.7 group. difference statistically significant P>0.999. interior fat mass higher carcasses by 1.1 3.2 compared to groups. carcass yield almost same level slightly ahead Their slaughter 60.1%, other 58.8-59.6%. meatiness ratio first-calf 27.4 Compared group, this figure is 52.6 Specific meat 82.75%, 0.41-0.85%, respectively.
