This study presents a resident-centric distributed community energy management system (CEMS). More specifically, the proposed CEMS allows residents to schedule their appliances autonomously, without need collaborate with and consider whether appliance scheduling is optimal from perspective of entire community. The central controller in will then determine solution that for by dispatching community's sources according residents. In other words, act autonomously while securing collective goals certain extent. this paper, include participating incentive-based demand response (IBDR) events at specific time interval, decreasing total electricity cost time-varying prices. developed using concept optimization mixed-integer linear programming. Different types public loads are incorporated into framework including stoppable deferrable loads. simulation results show dispatches power optimally.
