Resilience analysis of maritime transportation systems based on importance measures

چکیده

In maritime transportation system (MTS), ports and ocean routes are essential for establishing maintaining effective international trade routes. However, the ability of to send receive goods can be easily destroyed by political natural interferences. This will cause a significant negative socio-economic impact such as port operation suspension route disruption. Effectively implementing resilience management in MTS therefore improve its handle interruptions minimizing losses. Based on post-disaster analysis, this paper proposes new method optimize residual an optimal model. The is then applied some importance measures. Copeland used comprehensively rank restoration priority interrupted different measures purpose also studied. Sea consisting 23 cities demonstrate applicability proposed method.
