Resiliency constraint proactive scheduling against hurricane in multiple energy carrier microgrid

Hurricane, as one of the most frequent natural events, causes damage to infrastructure upstream networks multiple energy carrier microgrids (MECMs). Thus, supply continuity critical loads is threatened due sudden islanding MECMs from networks. Therefore, providing a framework enhance resilience against this threat necessary. In response issue, paper presents proactive optimal operation scheduling approach that constrained feasible MECM well continuous suppling until return Proposed resiliency constraint formulated mixed integer linear programming (MILP) considers interdependence between all three electric, gas and heat The demand responsibility thermal used consider satisfaction consumer beside economic resilient operation. Furthermore, both normal contingency-based uncertainties are taken into account captured using robust optimization method. Then in order evaluate MECM, preparedness indices proposed. Finally, effectiveness proposed illustrated an test.
