The application of hydroponic cultivation fertilized with biologically nitrified synthetic urine can produce nitrate-rich fertilizer for lettuce (Lactuca sativa var. capitata L.). mounting water crisis and depletion natural resources makes nitrogen recovery from human a practical option.
