چکیده

Banana (Musa spp.) is one of the most widely consumed fruits in world. Unfortunately, plants are at risk from many disease problems, which mainly derive microorganism. It a little known about relationship between disease‐inducing microorganisms and plants, particularly molecular level. This research aimed to characterize long non‐coding RNA (lncRNA) bananas that may have roles regulating gene expression related response mechanism banana derived transcriptomic libraries. Furthermore, detected transcripts were analyzed identify endogenous target mimics (eTMs) interaction lncRNA microRNA (miRNA) using computational approaches. Data Cavendish (AAA group), Berangan Yunnan (Itinerans), Dajiao (ABB Klutuk (BB group) used this research. We found tends be unsustainable, sizes below 1000 bp (≥ 75%). Based on result, we investigated eTMs determine miRNA, such as miR397 miR444 Klutuk. transcript would regulated following exposure extreme temperatures disease, indicating possibility disease‐specific their environment

Study of Long Noncoding RNA FER1L4 and RB1, as Its Competing Endogenous RNA Network Target Gene, in Breast Cancer

Introduction: Breast cancer is the second most common cause of cancer-related death among females, which requires an exploration for markers to propose a more specific categorization of this cancer. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), the main subset of noncoding transcripts, are involved in tumorigenic processes. In this study, we investigated the expression of the fer-1–like family member 4 (FER...

Long noncoding RNA associated-competing endogenous RNAs in gastric cancer

Some long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important roles in the regulation of gene expression by acting as competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs). However, the roles of lncRNA associated-ceRNAs in oncogenesis are not fully understood. Here, based on lncRNA microarray data of gastric cancer, bioinformatic algorithm miRcode and microRNA (miRNA) targets database TarBase, we first constructed an lncRNA-...

Identification of long noncoding RNA associated with osteoarthritis in humans.

OBJECTIVE Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are an important class of genes involved in various biological functions; however, knowledge about lncRNAs in osteoarthritis (OA) is limited. Therefore, the present study aimed to identify which lncRNAs are expressed in OA versus normal cartilage. METHODS To identify lncRNAs specifically expressed in OA cartilage, expression of lncRNAs in OA cartilage w...

Identification and initial functional characterization of a human vascular cell-enriched long noncoding RNA.

OBJECTIVE Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) represent a rapidly growing class of RNA genes with functions related primarily to transcriptional and post-transcriptional control of gene expression. There is a paucity of information about lncRNA expression and function in human vascular cells. Thus, we set out to identify novel lncRNA genes in human vascular smooth muscle cells and to gain insight int...
