چکیده
This paper focuses on a virtual power plant (VPP) implementation strategy for smart local energy communities (SECs) with service providers. It is difficult to balance in the stage due uncertainties demand and resources. Therefore, VPP was modeled using risk factor of balance. Using this factor, it shown that temporal correlation between resources dominant involved implementation. Based this, two risk-based strategies are proposed: an optimization-based simple solved iterative way.
