Risk sharing, benefit distribution and cooperation longevity: sustainable development of dairy farmer cooperatives in China

چکیده
The sustainable development of cooperatives is essential to agricultural sustainability and determined mainly by cooperation longevity. risk sharing benefit distribution mechanisms are important governance arrangements that affect longevity in member-heterogeneous cooperatives. However, the relationship between cooperatives’ not well understood. To address this research gap, we provide a conceptual framework illustrate sharing, distribution, contract form By conducting 23 interviews with three dairy China using multiple-case-study method, find influenced alignment combination for their members. Following principles risk-benefit equivalence strategy-risk preference matching, discuss four scenarios match or mismatch combinations distribution. We suggest government needs strengthen mitigation capabilities members, help them build an effective arrangement achieve development.
