An infinite-bound stabilization of a system modeled as singularly perturbed bilinear systems is examined. First, we present Lyapunov equation approach for the all ε∈(0, ∞). The method based on stability theorem. state feedback constant gain can be determined from admissible region convex polygon. Secondly, extend this technique to study observer and observer-based controller Concerning problem, there are two different methods design controller: one that estimator calculated with known bounded input, other input gain. main advantage preserve characteristic composite controller, i.e., whole dimensional process separated into subsystems.
