The general objective of the study is to determine role performance appraisal and its impact on employee. guided by following specific objectives: establish extent which process affects employee motivation, appraisers affect staff motivation challenges in appraising performance. adopted descriptive research design. population interest consists 120 employees Service Industry Nepal. Data collected using structured questionnaires additional qualitative data reference from questionnaire objectives study. analysed statistical tools such as frequency distribution, percentages Pearson correlations. presented tables charts. findings suggest that regular assessment leads motivation. Performance rating can be considered a technique has positive effect work Employees may motivated if based accurate current job descriptions.
