چکیده

Sarcosine has been shown to be a new biomarker for prostate cancer that is superior prostate-specific antigen (PSA). By detecting the concentration of sarcosine in human body, accurate screening and diagnosis can achieved clinical practice. However, level extremely low serum or urine, detection difficult. More work needed prepare biosensors with good anti-interference performance. In this work, we prepared biosensor using highly electrocatalytically active nanocomposite comprising platinum/carbon nitride (Pt/g-C 3 N 4 ) as electrode modification material. The porous lamellar graphite phase carbon (g-C prevents agglomeration Pt nanoparticles keeps dispersed state. constructed achieves high sensitivity selectively detect concentrations sarcosine. Its linear range 2–70 ? M, limit (LOD) 0.8 M (S/N = 3). shows relatively performance terms resistance interference caused by electroactive substances provides potential applied

Three-dimensional hyperbranched PdCu nanostructures with high electrocatalytic activity.

In this study, three-dimensional (3D) PdCu alloyed nanostructures, consisting of one-dimensional (1D) branches, were successfully synthesized through a facile wet-chemical method without using any seeds or organic solvent. The success of this approach relies on the use of hydrochloric acid (HCl) to control the reduction rate, and on the presence of bromide ions (Br(-)) to selectively adsorb on ...

Molybdenum carbide stabilized on graphene with high electrocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution reaction.

In this work, we developed a general two-step method to prepare molybdenum carbide (Mo2C) nanoparticles stabilized by a carbon layer on reduced graphene oxide (RGO) sheets. The Mo2C-RGO hybrid showed excellent performance, which is attributed to the intimate interactions between Mo2C and graphene as well as the outer protection of the carbon layer.

DNA-based biosensor for the electrocatalytic determination of antioxidant capacity in beverages.

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are produced as a consequence of normal aerobic metabolism and are able to induce DNA oxidative damage. At the cellular level, the evaluation of the protective effect of antioxidants can be achieved by examining the integrity of the DNA nucleobases using electrochemical techniques. Herein, the use of an adenine-rich oligonucleotide (dA(21)) adsorbed on carbon paste...
