Scalable and Optimal QoS-Aware Manufacturing Service Composition via Business Process Decomposition

With the adoption of service-oriented manufacturing modes, more and services are released over service platforms. As it is known, problem QoS (Quality Service)-aware composition NP-hard. Thus, optimization remains a challenging research issue, especially in situation large-scale data which arouse scalability as well. To improve both performance QoS-aware composition, this paper proposes scalable optimal approach via business process decomposition. Specifically, decomposed by using refined structure tree (RPST). Moreover, an optimized achieved layer based on bottom-up manner. For atomic tasks or compound same RPST, corresponding selection calculating Skyline services, can be carried out parallel if necessary. When arrives at root node, complete plans derived. In our approach, candidates picked stage stage. way, optimality whole guaranteed. Extensive experiments conducted to verify approach.
