Scheduling of Separable Mobile Energy Storage Systems With Mobile Generators and Fuel Tankers to Boost Distribution System Resilience

Mobile energy resources (MERs) have been shown to boost DS resilience effectively in recent years. In this paper, we propose a novel idea, the separable mobile storage system (SMESS), as an attempt further extend flexibility of MER applications. “Separable” denotes that carrier and modules are treated independent parts, which allows carry multiple scatter them independently throughout DS. The constraints for scheduling SMESSs involving carriers derived based upon interactive behavior among addition, fuel delivery issue feeding emergency generators (MEGs), was usually bypassed previous studies MEGs, is also considered modeled. SMESSs, tankers (FTs) then jointly routed scheduled, along with dynamic reconfiguration, service restoration by integrating mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model. Finally, test conducted on modified IEEE systems, results verify effectiveness model boosting resilience.
