چکیده
This paper considers the secure transmission in a cell-free massive MIMO system with imperfect radio frequency (RF) chains and low-resolution analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) digital-to-analog (DACs) at both access points (APs) legitimate users, where an active eavesdropper attempts to wiretap confidential data. The Gaussian RF impairment model (GRFIM) additive quantization noise (AQNM) are used evaluate impacts of impairments low resolution ADCs/DACs, respectively. analytical results linear minimum mean square error (MMSE) channel estimation show that there is nonzero floor on respect impairments, ADC/DAC precision pilot power which different from conventional case perfect transceiver. Then, tractable closed-form expression for ergodic secrecy rate obtained key parameters, such as antenna number per AP, AP number, user quality factors chain, signal eavesdropper, etc. Moreover, compensation algorithm between components inexpensive coarse ADCs/DACs also presented. Finally, numerical provided illustrate efficiency achieved expressions devised algorithm, effects performance.

Data-Aided Secure Massive MIMO Transmission with Active Eavesdropping
In this paper, we study the design of secure communication for time division duplexing multi-cell multi-user massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems with active eavesdropping. We assume that the eavesdropper actively attacks the uplink pilot transmission and the uplink data transmission before eavesdropping the downlink data transmission phase of the desired users. We exploit both...

We consider a cell-free Massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system and investigate the system performance for the case when the quantized version of the estimated channel and the quantized received signal are available at the central processing unit (CPU), and the case when only the quantized version of the combined signal with maximum ratio combining (MRC) detector is available at th...
متن کاملBeam domain secure transmission for massive MIMO communications
We investigate the optimality and power allocation algorithm of beam domain transmission for single-cell massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems with a multiantenna passive eavesdropper. Focusing on the secure massive MIMO downlink transmission with only statistical channel state information of legitimate users and the eavesdropper at base station, we introduce a lower bound on th...
متن کاملMassive multiuser MIMO downlink with low-resolution converters
In this review paper, we analyze the downlink of a massive multiuser multiple-input multiple-output system in which the base station is equipped with low-resolution digital-to-analog converters (DACs). Using Bussgang’s theorem, we characterize the sum-rate achievable with a Gaussian codebook and scaled nearestneighbor decoding at the user equipments (UE). For the case of 1bit DACs, we show how ...
متن کاملMulti-cell massive MIMO transmission with coordinated pilot reuse
In this paper, we propose a coordinated pilot reuse (CPR) approach to reduce the pilot overhead for multi-cell massive multi-input multi-output transmission. Unlike the conventional multi-cell pilot reuse approach in which pilots can only be reused among different cells, the proposed CPR approach allows pilots to be reused among both inter-cell and intra-cell user equipments, and thus, pilot ov...
