This work aims to assess the effect of operating parameters gasifying agent preheating temperature and equivalence ratio (ER) on conversion sewage sludge (SS) syngas through gasification combined heat power (CHP) generation. A novel model was simulated in Aspen Plus represent a fixed-bed updraft gasifier generate from SS an equilibrium approach restricted by temperature. The novelty this is that developed applying as variable instead It calibrated using set experimental values then validated comparing numerical results with outcomes related nine different conditions air temperatures ER. good agreement between simulation observed. optimum process ER were predicted be 150 °C 0.2, respectively. CHP generation potentiality assessed 2.54 kW/kg dry solids (DS), which 0.81 kW electrical remainder thermal power. proposed treatment can reduce 0.59 kg CO₂/kg DS emissions compared natural gas combustion similar quantity energy.
