Shame Coping Strategies Amplify Certain Psychopathologies

<b><i>Introduction:</i></b> Recent research has focused on the relationship between shame and psychopathology. It been shown that predicts depressive anxious symptoms, as well substance abuse, non-suicidal self-injury, aggression. However, it remains unclear, how one emotion can influence psychiatric symptoms of such a broad spectrum. is assumed an intense painful emotion, needs to be coped with coping-strategies effect psychopathologies.
