In Part I of this two-part letter on single-photon-memory measurement-device-independent quantum secure direct communication (SPMQC), we reviewed the fundamentals and evolution (QSDC). II, propose a practical protocol analyze its secrecy capacity. order to eliminate security loopholes resulting from detectors, (MDI) QSDC has been proposed. However, block-based transmission states is utilized in MDI-QSDC, which requires memory that still unavailable at time writing. For circumventing impediment, SPMQC for dispensing with high-performance memory. The performance proposed characterized by simulations considering realistic experimental parameters, results show it feasible implement relying existing technology.
