چکیده

In this work, novel CNTs/CoSi/SiOC nanocomposite ceramics with in-situ formed multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and core-shell structured CoSi@C nanoparticles were successfully prepared via a single-source-precursor derived ceramic approach. The polymeric precursor characterization as well phase evolution, microstructure electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorption properties of the was investigated in detail. results show that in-situ formed CNTs magnetic provide synergistic effect on both dielectric loss loss, leading to outstanding EMW annealed at only 1100 °C, follows: 1) For Co feeding 6.25 wt.%, minimum reflection (RLmin) is -53.1 dB effective bandwidth (EAB) 4.96 GHz (7.12-12.08 GHz) with ceramic-paraffin hybrid sample thickness 3.10 mm, achieving full X-band coverage; 2) 9.09 RLmin value -66.4 EAB 3.04 (8.4-11.44 achieved 2.27 mm. Therefore, present have potential applications for thin, lightweight efficient harsh environments.

CoxFey@C Composites with Tunable Atomic Ratios for Excellent Electromagnetic Absorption Properties

The shell on the nano-magnetic absorber can prevent oxidation, which is very important for its practical utilization. Generally, the nonmagnetic shell will decrease the integral magnetic loss and thus weaken the electromagnetic absorption. However, maintaining the original absorption properties of the magnetic core is a major challenge. Here, we designed novel and facile CoxFey@C composites by ...

Popcorn-Shaped FexO (Wüstite) Nanoparticles from a Single-Source Precursor: Colloidal Synthesis and Magnetic Properties

Colloidal nanoparticles (NPs) with myriads of compositions and morphologies have been synthesized and characterized in recent years. For wüstite Fe x O, however, obtaining phase-pure NPs with homogeneous morphologies have remained challenging. Herein, we report the colloidal synthesis of phase-pure Fe x O (x ≈ 0.94) popcorn-shaped NPs by decomposition of a single-source precursor, [Fe3(μ3-O)(CF...

Gradient-Hierarchic-Aligned Porosity SiOC Ceramics

This work describes a simple technique to produce porous ceramics with aligned porosity having very high permeability and specific surface area. SiOC-based compositions were processed from blends of three types of preceramic polymer and a catalyst, followed by curing and pyrolysis. The heating applied from the bottom of molds promoted the nucleation, expansion and rising of gas bubbles, and the...
