Sliding Mode Predictive Current Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor With Cascaded Variable Rate Sliding Mode Speed Controller

To solve the problem that conventional vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is susceptible to parameters and load disturbances, a sliding mode predictive current strategy with cascaded variable rate speed controller based on extended state observer (ESO) proposed, which improves dynamic static performance system. First, designed novel exponential reaching law, ESO used estimate compensate for parameter mismatch disturbance, system’s rapidity robustness while reducing chattering. Then, traditional deadbeat loop ignores influence cross-coupling electromotive force, above equate back force effectively controller, not only retains but also enhances robustness. Finally, simulation experimental results show effectiveness proposed strategy.
