This article discusses the ways of creating a «smart city», as well positive and negative aspects impact introduction smart city technologies on realization human potential Moscow. In order to create it is necessary follow standards for its creation: orientation, adaptability urban infrastructure, improving quality resource management, comfortable safe environment, emphasis economic efficiency, including service component environment. As result, both possible prospects use digital «smart» environment development person in career personal aspects, factors constraining this associated with digitalization many processes were identified. influence cities, trends such growth individualism customization habitat which lives, expansion range opportunities independent action self?development, etc. are highlighted. At same time, technologization life also described. Also, technologies» influenced by government programs. The conclusion made about discrepancy between indisputability self–realization residents. By leveraging technology collect analyze data, optimize energy consumption, reduce waste pollution, cities can meet needs their citizens while protecting planet future generations.
