Nowadays, to reach progressive growth although being competitive in the market, manufacturing industries are using advanced technologies such as cloud computing, Internet of things (IoT), artificial intelligence, 3D printer, nanotechnology, cryogenics, robotics, and automation smart sectors. One subclass intelligence is machine learning, which uses a computer system for making predictions performing definite tasks without any use specific instructions enhance quality product, rate production, optimize processes parameters machining operations. A broad category that technology-driven utilizes internet-connected machines monitor performances referring manufacturing. The current paper presents comprehensive survey summary different learning algorithms employed various traditional nontraditional processes, also, an outlook paradigm presented. Subsequently, future directions industry were proposed based on trends challenges accompanying learning.
