Some open problems in the theory of composites

چکیده
A selection of open problems in the theory composites is presented. Particular attention drawn to question whether two-dimensional, two-phase, with general geometries have same set possible effective tensors as those hierarchical laminates. Other questions involve conductivity and elasticity composites. Finally, some future directions for wave other equations are mentioned.
