Spin current injection via equal-spin Cooper pairs in ferromagnet/superconductor heterostructures

Equal-spin Cooper pairs are pivotal building blocks for superconducting spintronics devices. In recent experiments unusual behavior was observed in ferromagnet/ferromagnet/superconductor devices when a precession of the magnetization induced by ferromagnetic resonance. By using nonequilibrium Usadel Green's function formalism, we study spin transport such setup. We solve spin-resolved distribution functions and demonstrate that injection process superconductors is governed inverse proximity effect layer. find equal-spin pairs, which produced two misaligned layers, inside superconductor This then results an increase injected current below critical temperature.
