Spin-wave interconversion via thermoelectric point-contact control

چکیده
The magnonic functionalities of devices, such as logic gates, majority and multiplexers, critically depend on anisotropic spin-wave dispersions. Further, each function utilizes the advantages distinct modes. However, thus far, no method directly combining functions to construct an integrated circuit has been proposed. Therefore, this paper presents a for interconversion surface spin-waves backward volume using thermoelectrically controlled magnetization gradient. results time- frequency-domain spectroscopies, heat transfer analyses, micromagnetic simulations demonstrate effectiveness proposed method, through which via thermoelectric control may be employed develop circuits.
