Introduction: Stadiums are an important part of the entertainment and sporting cultures communities around world, but combination outdated infrastructure with poor safety planning, large numbers people gathering within a confined space, high frequency such events have led to number significant disasters in past. This is descriptive analysis stadium occurring between 1901-2021 which may provide useful insight for event personnel disaster medicine specialists better prevent mitigate effects potential future disasters. Method: Data was collected using retrospective database search Emergency Events Database (EM-DATS) all stadium-related accidental January 1, 1901-July 30, 2022. A defined by CRED its glossary as “technological accidents industrial nature, or involving buildings”. All categories definitions predetermined EM-DATS per their glossary. Results: The May 24, 1964 Estadio Nacional Lima, Peru worst (in terms deaths) date 350 deaths. followed 1982 Luzhniki Stadium Moscow, Russia (340 deaths), 2001 Accra Sport Ghana (123 1985 Hillsborough Sheffield, England (96 well 14 40 occurred Africa, 11 Europe, 10 Americas, five Asia. Given risk mass casualty events, stadiums should incorporate education, training, expertise emergency medical plans.
