Strategic approach for Polish organizations to implement intraorganizational mobility of employees

Abstract Background The importance of intraorganizational mobility employees (IME) is one the challenges currently faced by modern organizations, especially in face a changing and unpredictable environment. This situation requires organizations to re-code re-focus on building an employee-friendly One element this environment may be IME, which, if included organization's strategy, gives it opportunity use enhance potential its employees. Research aims aim paper present relationship between strategy organizations. article also includes search for answers about organization such terms scope planning evaluation. It was assumed that strategic approach linked nature existence procedures. Methodology study empirical nature. research conducted 2020 401 Polish (medium large). method diagnostic survey using on-line questionnaire. Persons holding position HR Specialist or Manager given were directly responsible completing questionnaires. Findings results revealed only one-third surveyed have place mobility. Those procedures embedded are far more likely make decisions planned manner. Furthermore, found having not related organization.
