HR systems can provide a long-term competitive advantage through permitting the growth of firm-specific abilities. Strategic management human resources involves with establishing connection amongst general strategic objectives organization and strategy for performance. In this study, an approach to surveys was used using autonomous standardized questionnaires as data collecting technique, which communicated (50) executives gathered from (29) managers. The study found no significant differences in HRM effects based on work format. Years expertise significantly influenced dynamics performance indicators, indicating its crucial role. Overall, had more substantial impact than format HRM-related outcomes. current investigation makes enhancements reservoir information at both scientific pragmatic stages, it offers suggestions that will improve SHRM management, enhance overall success
