Strategy to reduce transient current of inverter-side on an average value model high voltage direct current using adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system controller

Growing-up of high voltage direct current (HVDC) penetration into modern power systems (PS) makes difficulty on the PS operation. The HVDC produces and slow transient (TC) at start-time, especially for higher up-ramp rate (Urr>20 pu/s). Its condition cannot be linked synchronized rapidly. A strategy to reduce TC is proposed by an adaptive network based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) control inverter HVDC-link cope up this problem. ANFIS tuned with help conventional in various train-data using offline mode. Response scheme improved suppressing values 3.75% both phases (A C), 3.95% phase B, Urr=30 pu/s. While achieved 9.1% B), 9.2% C. gives shorter settling time (0.553 s) than (0.584 all phases. more effective scenario.
