Strengthening the Relationship with Parents; School Creativity to Overcome School’s Infrastructure Problems

The purpose of this study was to describe the creativity an elementary school institution in establishing relationships with parents overcoming problems facilities and infrastructure before during COVID-19 pandemic post-pandemic. Completeness will support achievement learning objectives. This research is descriptive qualitative subject being SDN Kota Baru IX, Bekasi City. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, documentation data analysis using triangulation. results reveal that online at City does not experience difficulties, supported by various creative ideas teachers under auspices PMPS (School Education Quality Assurance) team which well coordinated parents. Parents fully providing such as wifi, android/ios-based cellphones, laptops. Parenting education key bridging communication implies schools have good cooperation impact on success programs dealing situations.
