Major ampullate spidroin (MaSps) from orb-weaver spp spider has recently gained interest due to its exceptional characteristics. The biomechanical and biochemical properties MaSps offer potential in harvesting exploiting as a promising bio-based product. However, the current research on structural elucidation focused more onto Nephila clavipes web rather than pilipes which are common this region. Herein, study integrates used of computational power algorithm elucidate 3D protein morphology MaSp1 MaSp2 dragline silk using nearly complete amino acid sequences obtained database. In silico homology modelling via Phyre2, SWISS-MODEL RaptorX was adopted predict structure MaSP-1 2 proteins threading, automated comparative three-dimensional (3D) structures deep learning approaches. Consequently, we described thorough models with higher percentage coils, α-helix low β-sheet repetitive regions MaSp2. results work provide insights into Bioinformatics potentials engineering silk-based biomaterial bridging most apparent gaps knowledge
