The e-learning learning method has long been known in distance and is increasingly being used during a pandemic, especially an endemic period like today. Students who are accustomed conducted face-to-face as cause of low outcomes. Several studies using multiple linear regression analysis have concluded that the level student satisfaction with model effect on Additional analytical methods needed to measure quality services at same time be able make priority scales for handling them. purpose this study was analyze partial simultaneous service equal method, scale it. subjects were 100 students took MSDM courses. research observation, literature related regarding quality. Data done by calculating difference between average values reality expectations each attribute. result found (1) partially reliability variable most influence, while assurance least satisfaction, (2) tangible no (3) attributes improvement attribute timeliness teaching teacher providing explanations (guidelines) materials use platform.
