Study of Mechanical Performance of BN Grafted Graphene Oxide Hybrid Aerogel for Polypropylene Composites

Boron nitride-strengthened polymer matrix composites based on 3-dimensional porous materials are a considerable problem to develop. GO-BN aerogel (GO-BN) has been generated using unique method for manufacturing large-scale 3D BNs and graphene oxide (GO) aerogels. Propylene was then added the polymerized in situ create GO–BN/PP nanocomposites. Afterwards, outcomes show that were successfully established outlines have outstanding mechanical properties. Around 1% of nanocomposite used its construction. This aerogel’s thermal conductivity 0.135 W/mK, properties greatly improved over those pristine PP, with increases 10.12 percent tensile strength 48.4 flexural 61.5 compression strength. They may now be produced big quantities this simple preparation procedure.
