Study on Efficient Removal Method of Fine Particulate Dust in Green Metallurgy Process

In order to solve the problem of low removal efficiency fine particles in flue gases metallurgy process, a chemical agglomeration pretreatment method was studied. The coagulant solution xanthan gum, konjac and their mixtures selected research reunion effects gravitational dust gas converter using self-built experimental platform. Moreover, wetting agent type, concentration, pressure, velocity on grain were investigated. results showed that mixed 1 g/L gum 0.5 SDS had most obvious effect particle size increasing best when 10 m/s. There peak 85.32 μm increased about eight times larger, efficiencies reached 51.46% for PM2.5 53.13% PM10. Box–Behnken design combined with response surface analysis used optimize parameters velocity. optimal conditions g/L, 0.4 MPa, this study can provide efficient methods technical support pre-processing heavy-polluting industries such as steel making. This will promote green development metallurgical industry.
