Study on proppant settlement and migration in a single microfracture

Micro-fractures are widely developed in deep shale gas reservoirs after fracturing. Effective support of micro-fractures is great significance to slow down the production decline rate Wells. When particles enter fracture, they can be effectively supported provide a channel with high conductivity for oil and transport. The level depends on distribution proppant so it very important analyse describe settlement, migration placement proppant. Therefore, based CFD-DEM method, this paper systematically studied single rough micro-fracture, explored influence related factors.
