Study on Risk Assessment of Flash Floods in Hubei Province

چکیده

Flash floods are typically associated with short, high-intensity and extreme rain-storms, they characterized by short response time severely impact damage communities in different areas China. In order to scientifically assess the risks of flash floods, this paper takes Hubei Province as an example carry out risk assessment. Based on Pearson correlation coefficient principal component analysis methods, 14 factors were selected from 98 establish a assessment model. The confidence model multi-factor superposition method used determine weight each factor, map was finally constructed. results show that medium-high Huanggang account for 47.00%, high-risk 8.70%, both adding up more than 50%, followed 40% Shiyan, E’zhou Xianning, 30% Huangshi, Yichang, Xiangyang, Jingmen Suizhou. level distribution is highly consistent location frequency flood disasters, shows high reliability, can provide data support disaster prevention control.
