چکیده
In order to study the flow characteristics of a nozzle with large expansion ratio and its influence on force nozzle, ground cold test research fluid–structure coupling simulation analysis were carried out (maximum ε = 30.25). The variation pulsation pressure near measuring point area inlet obtained through experiments. Through peak-to-peak value average value, it was found that after separation increases by 90%, but about five times, indicating fluctuation is much larger than before separation. field under conditions simulated using CFD commercial calculation software Fluent verify correctness numerical calculations. 48) full-scale structural deformation studied. results show occurs in conditions. Before point, wall small, turbulent effect weak. After increases, enhanced. When total decreases, presents strong asymmetry. Reducing half resulted approximately 50 times lateral load. Under combined low pressure, load caused asymmetry will cause structure increase 5.5 times. This provides an important reference for design experiment nozzles ratio.

Flow-Structural Interaction in Solid Rocket Motors
This article reviews and summarizes recent work on flow-structural interaction in solid motors. This interaction is important because it can lead to rocket motor failure. In the first part of the document, an idealized model of the failure mechanism is developed to illustrate in simple terms how such an event can occur. In the second part of this article recently published numerical modeling wo...
متن کاملAcoustic-Mean Flow Interaction in Solid Propellant Rocket Motors
There are several sources for pressure oscillations in solid propellant rocket motors. Oscillatory flow field is one of them. Free shear layers in motor flow field cause vortex shedding. End edges of propellant grains and baffle edge in two-segmented motors are samples of such zones. These vortices move from their forming points and strike the field walls. The kinetic energy of vortices change ...

Simulation of solid rocket motors requires coupling physical models and software tools from multiple disciplines, and in turn demands advanced techniques to integrate independently developed physics solvers e ectively. In this paper, we overview some computer science components required for such integration. We package these components into a software framework that provides system support of h...
