چکیده
The injection of cryogenic fluids into environments where the prevailing conditions are supercritical in comparison to critical point injected fluid is encountered rocket engines, and novel engine architectures such as recuperated split cycle engine. physical characteristics cryogens environment rather unclear. While surface tension usually assumed be absent/negligible for fluids, recent experimental research has identified existence its effects on liquid hydrocarbons environment. This work proposes an alternative computationally simple adaptive algorithm simulation a numerical simulations presented here correspond single- binary-specie cases iquid nitrogen methane respectively, undergoing phase transition post their conditions. Following review related works, this paper begins with brief explanation physics behind effect binary-fluid interface which involved we present why relevance jets? Dust dynamics in cryogenic environment
Theoretical study on dust dynamics under cryogenic environment in a complex plasma is presented. Expansion process and cooling process of highly charged dust particles in a plasma containing background ultracold neutral particles are studied. The processes are described by kinetic theory with Fokker-Planck collision term of the interaction between neutral particles and dust particles. Time evol...
متن کاملLine tension effects for liquid droplets on circular surface domains.
We study the morphologies of single liquid droplets wetting a substrate in the presence of the line tension of the three-phase contact line. On a homogeneous substrate, the line tension leads to a discontinuous unbinding of the droplet if its volume is decreased below a critical value. For a droplet wetting a structured surface with a circular domain, a line tension contrast gives rise to disco...
متن کاملDensity and Temperature Dependencies of Liquid Surface Tension
In this paper the density and temperature dependencies of surface tension are investigated. Using the Lennard-Jones (12,6), as an effective pair interaction potential, a linear expression is derived for isotherms of g /r2 versus r2 for some normal and ChloroFluoroCarbons (CFCs)</...

Molecular Dynamics Simulation of Interfacial Tension of Ultra-thin Liquid Films on a Solid Surface
The effect of wall proximity on the interfacial tension of ultra-thin liquid films of Lennard-Jones (12,6) fluid has been studied using Molecular Dynamics Simulation. The wall’s presence can potentially affect drop-wise condensation and other phase change phenomena such as boiling. Initially the LennardJones atoms are placed near a solid wall with FCC lattice structure in a doubly periodic box....
