Sustainable Project Governance: Scientometric Analysis and Emerging Trends

Though a relatively large number of studies on sustainable project governance (SPG) have been undertaken, the existing corpus literature is bereft comprehensive review paper that scientometrically analyses materials published hitherto and puts forward research gaps corresponding future works to be conducted. To fill this knowledge gap, study undertakes bibliometric scientometric analysis by meticulously delving into relevant body reported in different databases. From results obtained using CiteSpace software, following conclusions can drawn: (1) most keywords with high centrality rankings are related environment, (2) “participation” “land use” important clusters, (3) United Kingdom States far advanced countries concerned field, (4) hot topics within defined clusters “industry”, “transition management”, “property rights”, “natural resources”, (5) two salient “public participation” “insight”. The attained findings lay out solid foundation for researchers practitioners towards fostering area SPG, focusing land use, community participation, politics, climate change, water–energy–food nexus finding ways tackle elaborated shortcomings.
